Voopoo launches DRAG S3 and DRAG X3 as part of brand refresh

Voopoo has unveiled its latest innovations, the DRAG S3 and DRAG X3, marking the next phase of the brand’s evolution as it celebrates its eighth anniversary and a comprehensive global brand refresh.

The new DRAG S3 and DRAG X3 pod mods introduce a host of technical upgrades and ergonomic refinements, designed to meet the needs of both mouth-to-lung (MTL) and direct-to-lung (DTL) users.

The DRAG S3 offers up to 60W output and houses a built-in 3000 mAh battery – 25 per cent larger than its predecessor – in a compact form factor ideal for portability. Its counterpart, the DRAG X3, provides 80W of high output and supports external 18650 or 21700 batteries, catering to vapers seeking extended performance and flexibility.

Both models debut capacitive touch unlock technology, allowing instant activation with a fingertip touch and automatic lock on release – a feature that enhances safety and convenience. Users can still opt for traditional button unlocking, adding to the device’s versatility.

The new devices integrate the PnP X Platform, compatible with both DTL and MTL cartridges, promising consistent flavour and coil longevity across up to 100 mL of e-liquid. Design refinements include zinc alloy and leather construction for a comfortable, durable grip, and display upgrades – a 0.96-inch TFT screen on the DRAG S3 and a 1.65-inch touchscreen on the DRAG X3.

Voopoo stall at InterTabac 2025

The launch coincides with Voopoo’s brand refresh, introduced earlier at InterTabac 2025, where the company unveiled a bold new look and direction under the theme ‘New Voopoo, New Beginning’. The refreshed identity features an “energetic yellow” palette symbolising vitality and innovation, alongside redesigned packaging and a modernised website.

At InterTabac, Voopoo’s revitalised exhibition space drew strong international attention, showcasing the DRAG S3 and X3 alongside new additions to the ARGUS and VINCI series.

The refresh also reaffirms Voopoo’s long-term vision of fostering innovation and community engagement. The company is marking the milestone with special anniversary promotions and activities on its official website.
