VB Distribution promotes Natalia Gosciniak as chief executive

VB Distribution has on Thursday announced the appointment of Natalia Gosciniak as chief executive officer as part of a wider governance and corporate development programme aimed at supporting the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
Gosciniak, who has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic development and governance framework, will now oversee operations, organisational development and commercial growth across the business.
The leadership transition will also see company founder Adam Matliwala move into the role of chairman, where he will focus on strategic oversight and long-term business development initiatives.
In a statement, Gosciniak said the company had established itself as “a global distributor for a growing portfolio of brands across multiple categories”.
“With major investments underway across our infrastructure and operations, we are building the foundations for a stronger, more sustainable phase of growth,” she added.
VB Distribution, also known as Vapes-Bars Ltd, supplies vaping products to supermarket, wholesale, convenience and independent retail partners and said it currently has more than 50,000 retail shelf placements across the UK, with annual turnover approaching £500 million.
The company said the leadership changes form part of a broader governance enhancement programme supporting its long-term corporate and public market ambitions.
