Heat-not-burn (HNB) manufacturer Rejo has officially launched its Rejo Multi device at this year’s InterTabac in Dortmund, unveiling one of the exhibition’s most anticipated products.
The Multi introduces a dual-heating system, combining AirFlow and Round Heating technologies to deliver what the company describes as more even heating, improved aroma, and consistent nicotine satisfaction.
Loic Li, Rejo’s global sales director, said the device “represents a major step forward in HNB technology,” highlighting its open compatibility feature, which allows users to consume sticks from multiple brands and flavours with a single device.
Tibor Braun, Western Europe manager, said the launch underlined Rejo’s commitment to “open innovation and collaborative growth” in Europe and beyond. “Our goal with Rejo Multi is to empower users with choice and flexibility, while providing retailers and partners with a market-ready product that elevates the smoking alternative experience,” he added.
Weighing just 82 grams, the Rejo Multi incorporates advanced thermal control algorithms, optimised power management, and delivers up to 40 stick sessions per charge. The device preheats in under 20 seconds and enables two sessions per stick in round-heating mode – a feature designed to reduce consumption while maximising aroma and vapour output.
The device will be available in Twilight Purple, Aurora Green, and Luminous Grey, with a global launch planned for November 2025.
According to Rejo, the key user benefits include:
The Multi launch follows a year of growth for Rejo in Europe. The company has expanded its portfolio into key markets such as Switzerland and Germany, introducing TOZE herbal sticks, the Rejo HS40 device, and FARSTAR NSC technology.
TOZE sticks, inspired by East Asia’s tea culture, are designed to deliver consistent flavour when paired with Rejo devices. The company also confirmed it has secured essential European regulatory approvals to support its expansion.
Alongside product development, Rejo has been building its Rejo Club, a community that combines online and offline engagement. Following the success of its TENSION event in Switzerland, the company plans further initiatives to strengthen ties with consumers and partners through local events and collaborative projects.
Positioned as more than just a device, Rejo says Multi is an invitation to “Take a Break. Take Rejo,” reflecting its focus on consumer choice, convenience, and advanced heating technology.
The company aims to use its open-compatibility approach to help redefine how consumers engage with HNB products across global markets.
