Retail vape brand Red Box Vape has announced the acquisition of Vapour Logic, adding five stores to its growing portfolio.

The new stores, located in the North East, bring the total number of Red Box stores across the UK to 19.

The brand plans to open at least 100 stores by the end of 2020, through new openings and acquisition.

“We are delighted to have concluded the transaction with Vapour Logic which will add a further £0.6 million to our turnover. Vapour Logic operates in a number of locations where we don’t have any representation and so meets our philosophy of providing a welcoming retail outlet for smokers that wish to quit,” said Mark Shaw, managing director of Red Box Vape.

Vapour Logic’s director Clayton Scott will remain within the business to ensure a smooth transition.

“I’m pleased to be in business with Red Box Vape with such a clear vision about high quality and standards. We look forward to being part of Red Box Vapes future growth strategy and to making available to our customers the wide range of Red Liquids products,” Scott said.
